Please join us in honoring Kevin J. Murray’s memory at the 20th Annual Memorial Fishing Tournament. Proceeds raised from this event will be given out as scholarships and awards to students at Wayne High School, in Kevin Murray’s name. To date this event has raised $195,000.00 for scholarships.

The fishing tournament will be held at Lewis and Clarke Lake. Awards, dinner, and banquet will follow at “CJ’s at the Lake” Bar and Grill in Croften, NE.

Fishing Tournament Details

$120 Entry Fee

(Fee includes registration for one two person team and two meal tickets for the buffet dinner at CJ’s on the Lake on Saturday night)

Schedule of Events

Friday, August 23rd

5:00-7:00pm – Early check in at CJ’s

6:00pm - Rules meeting at Cj's (Who can make it)

Saturday, August 24th

6:00-7:00am – Check in at Weigand Marina

7:00-8:00am – Boat launch

3:00-4:00pm – Weigh in at Weigand Marina

5:00-7:30pm – Use your meal ticket for the dinner

7:30- Presentation with prizes awarded for fishing tournament and raffle winners

The fishing tournament will have cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd largest walleye catch. A cash prize will also be awarded for the largest walleye and largest non-walleye caught.

1st Place Walleye Catch = $500.00

2nd Place Walleye Catch = $250.00

3rd Place Walleye Catch = $150.00

Largest Walleye Caught = $100.00

Largest Non-walleye Caught = $100.00

If you choose not to fish in the tournament, but would still like to attend, please join us for the weigh in and/or banquet with dinner, prizes, and raffles for additional fundraising.
